We die cut non-metallic materials into a wide range of Custom Parts to satisfy all your needs. In addition, we can also offer laser cutting, water cutting and lathe cutting to create your design. We have a large inventory of stock materials to provide shorter lead times on the delivery of your custom cut products. Our stock materials include:

All of our products can be slit to your required width. Most material can be offered in Standard Sheet length. Some materials can be supplied in roll form. All products can be delivered with a pressure sensitive adhesive backing. Our stock products are:

We can laminate different substrates to each other to produce a material with the required properties for your design. We can laminate the same or different shapes together to form a finished product. Our secondary operations are also available to finish your design such as slitting, die cutting, assembly, labeling, and sawing.

We are capable of creating all types of extruded rubber products from our stock of solid and sponge rubber. All components can be fabricated to conform to commercial and military specifications. Common extrusions are:
